An introduction to the Townsend Farmyard development
Townsend Farmyard is a flagship development from Gaiger Homes, transforming a redundant farmyard in Poulshot, Wiltshire, into a sustainable residential community. The development comprises 14 thoughtfully designed homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms, built with a strong focus on ecological living and energy efficiency. Combining contemporary design with innovative environmental technologies.
The Brief
Gaiger Homes came to us to bring its new brand to life at the Townsend Farmyard development. The aim was to create a consistent on-site presence that introduced the brand and helped give the development its own identity.
The Challenge
The challenge was to carry the quality and character of the new brand into a busy construction environment, while making sure everything felt considered and consistent across the site.
The Approach
We created a range of on-site and printed materials, including welcome signage, safety boards, Heras graphics and flags, alongside a brochure and individual plot information sheets. Everything was designed to work together as part of the wider Gaiger Homes identity.
The Result
The result was a cohesive on-site experience that helped establish the Gaiger Homes brand at Townsend Farmyard, while giving potential buyers a polished introduction to the development and its focus on sustainable, net-zero living.
